If you need service for a Dyn Optics product, please fill out the RMA request form below or contact our customer service department prior to shipping any items back to the factory. A customer service representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions to ensure that we can track and ensure a rapid service of your product.
Please note that any items received without a RMA number will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
