Operation

The Model 955 Fire Finder Professional^TM is easy to operate and designed to give reliable performance time after time. Held like a flashlight and waved around a suspected area, the Fire Finder Professional^TM quickly finds hot spots and emits a loud alarm instantly alerting the operator.

Like a Geiger Counter for Heat !

The pitch of the alarm increases as the RedHawk^TM is pointed closer to the hot spot allowing the firefighter to quickly locate heat sources without taking his eyes off the area being investigated.

The Fire Finder Professional includes built-in self test ensuring 100% device integrity each time the unit is powered to give firefighters the confidence they need.

The Fire Finder Professional^TM includes a Help-Needed alarm. Turning the power switch on and off two times quickly causes a loud continuous warbling alarm to be activated alerting other personnel that help is needed.

The Fire Finder Professional^TM is designed to give years of reliable use under the most extreme conditions. The Fire Finder Professional^TM has an water-resistant, rugged anodized machined aluminum housing and is is maintenance-free other than occasional battery replacement.

Each Fire Finder Professional^TM is backed with an unconditional 3 year warranty. If your Fire Finder Professional^TM fails for any reason (batteries excluded), please return it to Dyn-Optics and we will repair or replace it free of charge. Please contact Dyn-Optics to make arrangements for a return prior shipping item back to factory.
